Some of the vendors do offer software on demand for compiling cd/dvd as per your wish and you can fill every mb of you dvd or cd disc.I have tried some of the vendors for red hat distro,i do like that.i'm passing the website list for you now.

Some of the sites do offer worldwide CD/DVD distribution and they do reduct on shipping feed on bulk orders also.check them properly.
