Note that it says that Symantec detected 9 Potential Threats, yet will only fix ONE??? I was on chat support for about an hour and a half and THEY couldnt tell me why.

Oh wait thats right they did tell me I could pay 99.95 for a REAL technician to THROUGHLY scan my computer and give me the RESULTS; and then gave me a 15day support that if it happens again, its free.

B FREAKIN S

To me Symantec is NOT backing up their product. I may also decide to partition my hard drive and seek Antivirus software elsewhere

However this is what I ask of you:

Have you done a full system scan lately??? Have you reviewed the results before fixing them?? Does your summary show that there are un resolved errors that the company didnt fix?

Welcome to my world

......sure they mentioned that it could be the result of installing some game or perhaps when networking that I'm sharing some threats but they REFUSED to tell me where to locate the files and also Symantec's software DIDNT show it either

But I'm not paying 99.95 for a 15day technical service when the software itself runs 60 dollars. If their software scans something and their manual dont state the specifics thats poor communication and a WASTE of the customers money when they dont do what they are supposed to DO!!!!

I'll stop, sorry for my frustration
