I just wanted to say to anyone who is listening - I think this site is fantastic. The spirit of decent human beings helping complete strangers with a kindness of heart and a sense of humour is outstanding.

I have never been let down - and have learnt a lot - particularly from Chris (IronBender) - and have always been able to amke progress.

I recommend you to all of my family and friends as a an oasis in the desert of PC ignorance !

I think you answered why we do it (at least in part) with your post.

Plus we know that most tech support (IE Dell) either isn't free and/or doesn't help.

Plus we like to learn too, and seeing problems come over we've never seen tends to help.
