is there a way to overclock the default gfx card values without the need of software.
so as soon as you place the graphics card in a new computer the clock speed will be higher than that provided by nvidia, by default, without the use of a overclocking software

If there is, I have never heard of it. I overclock my video cards all the time but use either the manufacturer's software utility or commercial software. Nowadays with PCIe and the new cards, I don't really need to overclock, these things are so freakin' fast now.
