Hi teng, welcome to SAF

Last time this happened to me, it was a faulty ink cartridge. The contact leads at its back were damaged. Remove and carefully reinsert the ink cartridges to see if it helps.

Teng we need some details. Is this a new printer you are trying to set up?? If you are installing this printer for the first time, carefully follow the directions that came with it. Is this a computer that you have been using for a long time and now it is starting to give you trouble? We are all guessing at this point.

If this is a usb setup it is usually important the driver be installed before connecting the printer. BusterB Points this out.
