Heres the situation.
wireless router is downstairs
upstairs laptop is connected via wireless
i now have a pc that does not have wireless but does have LAN.

i would like to connect via LAN to the upstairs Laptop and get the internet facilities of the router via laptop..

is that possible, and if so, how can i set this up.
all computers have vista home premium installed

It is possible, but maybe not with the equipment you currently have. Post all your networking hardware and we can let you know.
