I quit them years ago, on the rebate thing. Yes we have a rebate. Then you look and it's been out for weeks. I've often wondered why the Langalist "Fred Langa" ran adds for them? That list is now Windows secrets or some such crap, which I'll drop. The above is IMHO. bb

I took them to the NYS Attorney General for slamming my long distance carrier and using my credit card to do it without my consent. They're a bunch of dirtbags..IMO.

They have been horrible for a long time.
A co-workers' son owned a pc shop back in '94-'95. He used Tiger as his main supplier (they gave him volume discounts) and swore by them. On his advice, I ordered from Tiger (twice). Each time, they sent the wrong item THREE TIMES. I ended up giving up and got my money back each time. At least they ate the shipping costs (6 of them!) for their mistakes. He started having major issues with them around the same time and stopped doing business with them in '96.
I do like their catalog - shows new gadgets that I can just buy elsewhere.
