Hey. I have a problem.

I have a program i have put on my xbox called Mimesis. it is used to download special content for games. my Xbox is connected to my computer using a Ethernet Crossover Cable (my local area connection) and my computer is wirelessly connected to my router. This program needs access to the internet, so i need to make a NETWORK BRIDGE between the two connections. When i try to do this, first, it said my Xbox wasn't connected, but the lights on the back of the Xbox were lit because it was plugged in. I went to the Local Area Connection properties and it said everything was set to "obtain IP adresses automatically" even though i had them set to something else before that. so i entered the same information i had before and my Local Area Connection said it was then connected. I now have the problem that when my connections are bridged, my wireless connection says it is working, but doesn't work in any application (eg. MSN, IE, or Firefox). How can i get them both to work at the same time? because i have tried to use ICS on my connection (local area connection) for a different application i was using with my Xbox, and had the same problem (even though I don't use that program anymore.)

PS: my LAN connection settings are these:
IP: 192.168.1.5
subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
default gateway: 192.168.0.1

The reason these arent set to automatically be obtained is because if i set it up like that and turn on my xbox (since it's connected to my computer through the LAN connection) it will also make my wireless stop working. and it is also setup like that so i can use FTP between my xbox and computer.

thanks for any help you guys can give me!
