Any help is awesome. First off, i think i might need to upgrade my BIOS due to it not giving me the option of OC my processor. Anyone know how to do this? and if so and i manage to upgrade my BIOS my processor usually runs at 40C-46C how much do you think i should OC if at all? Thank you in advanced all help is appriciated. Ask for more information if needed.

Is the pc a Name Brand like HP , IBM or Dell? If so, you won't be able to oc.

no it's none of those its a custom built one the mother board is like Ameri something

When doing your research, does the BIOS upgrade state that it will add oc capibilities?

It would also help if you posted the make and model number of the mobo.
