Hi all,

I hope I am posting this in the right place and apologies if is very simple or anything as very new to this! Anyway, on with the issue...

I wonder if anyone can help...I have a laptop and it has been set up with a partitioned harddrive so C:\ is around 19gb and E:\ (set up with the idea of being a storage drive by the powers that be) is around 36gb. But...
I have bought the new flight sim x deluxe version and want to install it on the laptop, however the C drive does not have the required 15gb free space it says it needs - is there a way of installing it to my E drive and it still working or is there a way of moving some of the memory from E to C without having to reformat the entire system again as I can't lose some of the programs already on the C:\ drive?

Thanks for any help!

Many programs will ask you where you'd like to install....Have you seen anything like that with this application?

Hi Steve,

Yeah it asks where to install and if I put in drive E:\, at first it says cannot be installed in a root folder and if I make up any kind of folder it just won't highlight the "next" button to continue with the installation as if there is something missing or wrong with the installation path.

Hope that answers your question! Sorry for lack of knowledge!

Thanks, Griff

Try creating the folder Before running the installation.

Thank you!! That worked perfectly - glad it was a simple answer (well, to one who knows anyway!)

Thanks again thumb up.gif
