I have a large single word Google as wallpaper on my 98xp monitor. I tried to set up various icons including Google for my desktop and they are all there and work properly. Problem is that there is also a large Google word behind all of the icons. I tried to Add/Remove Google but there is no Google in the program list. I tried to make DaVinci my wall paper by rt. clicking on desktop and going to Properties.
Two results of that effort were that Google was still the wallpaper and DaVinci shows up for a split second during the shutdown operation (by clicking on Start TurnOff TurnOff). I have McAfee virus protection and have run it many times thinking that maybe my proble was a virus. The problem is still there.
