Hello All,

I'm running 98SE. I went to D/L IESpell and I was notified by the software that I needed a "ReSvr32" file. I found it using my "find program" on my 98SE disk. When I double click on this file, a little window pops up saying:

RegSvr32

No DDL name specified
Usage: RegSvr32 (/u) (/s) dllname
/u-unregister server
/s-silent; display no message box
/c-console output

How do I re-install this file ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi dr911,

As far as I know, regsvr32.exe is located at c:\windows\system32 and does not require to be run. The installer may find it on the correct path and use it to register the .dll needed by the program. You can use it to manually register a .dll file, but this is unusual.

If the file is in its proper folder, try running the installer again (check if the program can run under Windows98), otherwise, copy regsvr32.exe to your windows/system32 folder.
