So, at work, everyone's laptops were upgraded to Windows XP Professional version 2002 with service pack 2. I work in the training field, and use lots of photos in my training documents. For some reason, now when I look in a folder through Windows Explorer, if I try to use the thumbnail view, it will not show the files as pictures. Most photo files are .jpg files, but they all show up looking like a "file page" image. They used to show me the actual photo in the thumbnail view which was very easy to scan through when you are looking at hundreds of files with obscure file names, but I know longer can do that. Any thoughts on how I can get this feature back?
