HI. Got a problem with Windows ME, happened since I installed a lot of Windows critical updates (which I hadnt done for a while). After startup the system seems to freeze, I can sometimes get a window open, normally the net and work in that (like I am now) but cant click anywhere else, and if i minimise this screen i cant get it back.

Only way to do it is to ctrl-alt-del and bring up the task manager and end task 'explorer', then i get back to a stage where I can reopen a window and everything else freezes again

Any ideas?!
