Hi tiny,

Do you REALLY need to reflash your BIOS ? I am asking this because anything wrong during this procedure may kill your system.

If you really want to do it, make sure you have the correct BIOS update file. You can download a bootable CD from http://www.bootdisk.com and burn it.

#1) You should never flash your BIOS unless there is a specific need/ reason.

#2) A boot disc for a operating system and a boot disc for a BIOS flash are two different things. Do not confuse the two. Who told you to flash your BIOS and just exactly what are you trying to accomplish?

A boot disc for a operating system and a boot disc for a BIOS flash regardless of the media type serve two distinctly different purposes.
