'chasing cars' which most i'm sure would have heard seein as it was the song played on the coda of grey's anatomy on the last season and on the last episode of season 3 on one tree hill and thier song 'open your eyes' was played on the coda of the season finale of Er on the last season too so yeh kind of got off the pt there but anyway went to thier gig and recorded some of their stuff on my mobile phone under voice recorder and it's came out all weird echoin sounding with a lot of background noise and reverb and i can't fix it on my mob so tranferred it onto my laptop but not sure how i can fix it, any tips or ideas???

Snow Patrol are indeed one of the single most fantastic bands out there just now, I love them dearly. Firstly, you should check out The Reindeer Section they are Gordon Lightbody's first band and are slightly more folky than Snow Patrol but certainly a must for any budding Snow Patrol fan.

I've been re-mastering old rave mix tapes for quite sometime now and mostly i just use Nero 6's wave editor. I used to use Cool Edit Pro which is now called Adobe Sound Studio (i think).

If you want to really get into this whole sound reproduction thing then you should take the time to get to grips with Blaze Audio's RipEditBurn, it's the bee's knees in my opinion.

Here's a tutorial: http://www.blazeaudio.com/howto/lp-overview.html

I'm not an official member of the help team here at SAF, but my advice is free and hopefully usefull smile.gif

Keep listening to great bands!!
