It sits on the system tray and pops an alert window as soon as a program is detected which is able to read the keyboard strokes and the mouse screen position. You can then "forget" or "destroy" the file. It successfully detected my Volumouse program as dangerous, although it's not, but it reads the keyboard and mouse to allow volume changes.
