Is there anyway to print PMs?

Zenith
Can't you just print the page? though you would get a lot of extra stuff you don't want printed.
You could copy the PM into word and print it or even notepad though notepad won't be useful if you have images as well.
Hope that helps smooch.gif

I agree with Z thumb up.gif it's much easier to select what you want and copy, paste it into word, and then print it out. When I copy the things I do off the internet I select and choose copy in plain text and then paste it into Word. With emails I want to keep I select, copy, and paste into Word. I would suggest trying it both ways to see which way you prefer. Just print it first by going to file, and then choosing print. Compare how you like it by then selecting, copying, pasting and printing out the same information.

As with a few paragraphs on a busy web page, you should be able to highlight just the text you want, click File>Print then tic 'Selection', Apply, OK. I haven't tried this with a PM, but it should work, too. After all, it's just another web page.

I have tried that method, Jim, on webpages and don't like it as well as selecting, copying(as plain text), and pasting in Word. It's good to know different methods are out there and then decide which one a person prefers.

Thanks to all who responded with their various suggestions. I suppose if I would have fiddled with it long enough myself, I could have come up with some way of doing it. I just thought that there must obviously be a specified method within the "Invision" software. Assuming that there was and that it must be relatively simple, I was aggravated with myself for not being able to locate that particular tool, and henceforth, decided to post the question. Now since I know that there is no such tool, I shall proceed with the different options you friends have provided and let you know which one works out the best. Thanks much for all your help! Hi Everybody .......

OK, I got my PMs all printed by following this method. I highlighted the text that I wanted in each individual PM, chose "Copy", then went to an already prepared New document in WORD, clicked on "Edit", chose "Paste Special" and then selected the RTF option. I then had to "clean up" in WORD by fixing the margins, font, spacing, etc. until I got everything the way I wanted it to look.

My WORD is in "OFFICE 2003" so I think my layout and formatting options are probably a little bit different ...... that is why I couldn't use just a "Plain Text" choice as Marcia suggested.

Choosing to just "print the page" was not a viable option for me since I didn't really want all the "extra" stuff and that would have just been a waste of ink and paper. Since the PM pages have so many "frames" on them, I was hoping to perhaps just choose specific "frames" but that didn't work.

All-in-all, it has worked out fine and I managed to get the end result that I wanted. Thanks again to everyone for their suggestions!
