I have a couple of files I need to open. One is .ai and the other is .eps (both Illustrator files). However, when I attempt to open them I get no image. I'd like to email these to someone, have them open the files to see if they are viable, then convert them to bitmaps and send them back to me. Any takers?

I am at work right now, and am going to a play and dinner after work. I have Photoshop CS and Corel Draw 12; I will check to see if they will import ai files tomorrow AM. If they do you can send them to me. I will get back to you ASAP.

Okeefenokee, but I don't think Photoshop does by itself...at least my v.7 will not. Is Illustrator built in to CS? Corel I have no idea 'cause I don't use it.

I have Illustrator10, but I'm thinking maybe something is skewed up and the 2 files are fine. That may or not be the case. I just want somebody else to try and open them. They are images of the next door pizza shop sign. The moron who did the images either doesn't know how to convert them to bitmaps (duh) or simply doesn't want Andy to have his own image files of the sign he paid for and the design he came up with. However, said idiot supposedly sent the image files to me for Andy because Andy doesn't have Illustrator, but they don't appear to be working.

Upload a copy of them to me and I'll see what I can do.
