hey i know this is going to be view very dimmly by people, but im not sure if i have a router, when i bought the pc it said wirless card + router so i was wondering do you get internal routers? or have they jsut not sent me one? i know its a silly question, i also would like to learn about how to use my sil motherboard propperly? any help i would be gratefull of, ta

Hi coppertoad, welcome to SAF

Some broadband modems are routers too, so you'll need to post the modem make/model (assuming you are using one)... also, take a look at this resource on "internal" routers: http://www.etinc.com/index.php?page=routers.htm

1394 net adaptor
mac bridge miniport
tp-link 11 b/g wireless adaptor
marvel yukon 88e8001/8003/8010 pci gigabit ethernet
controller
nividia nforce networking controller
any of these sound llike routers?
