Greetings,

I am having difficulty accessing my incoming email thru the office LAN system.

I have inserted my smtp for incoming mail server along with ccount name and pwd details however cannot retrieve email.

Outgoing email is okay thru the companies smtp setting.

What do I need to look for here?
