Hi
I'm just wondering how can I split a DSL connection so I can connect two wireless routers, I would like to have to different connections because I guess I can't connect from router to router.
so I would like to split the DSL and then run it to this other room where I have two other computers which are not able to pick up the signal from the actual router connected to the DSL.
Any suggestions?
I would appreciate, thanks smiley- thumb up.gif

You should be able to go router to router provied they have a hard wire connection.

Or if you already have the wireless router and adapter/usb connector, just try a longer cable hook up into the hallway etc., at both ends.
The longer cable is cheaper than 2 routers from your ISP.
Otherwise I second Steve R Jones suggestion.
I just bought a linksys wireless G 54 router and a usb adapter for the older desktop and a notebook adapter for the laptop. I had a bit of a problem on my ISP broadband connection so at their suggestion I unhooked the wireless and got braodband back to the newer HP desktop.
I am going to give my daughter the older desktop for the grandchildren (no internet connection) and sell the wireless equipment and the laptop on e-bay. If I can find the box for the laptop. I even have the older Linksys 4 port router and PCI notebook card going for sale 15 foot cable included..
