Hello .
my linksys wag54gx2 keeps on losing connectivity to the internet every once in a while.
the internet led just turns off and after a few seconds the connection is back again ...

it happens every 10 to 15mins .

I have one wired and one wireless machines connected to my router and they both lose the connection ...

I tried lowering the MTU value but still....

My DSL ISP only requires a username and password and uses pppoe or smthg like that,

anyone can help ?

Is this a new problem, or is it on-going? A couple of things you can do ... first off, have the phone company check out your phone wires; next, consult with your ISP (if you have not done so already); also, your router could be going out. If it's new and under warranty, have it replaced and if it's been around for a while, consider replacing it. One more thought ... have you double checked your router and modem configurations?

that will have no effect ,that is just the window size of your data packets. it is signal strength or possibly a firewall. Most wireless devices only put out a 300mv signal.
