Full Version: no start in safe mode!
can not start computer in safe mode. ctrl, alt,delete says that msgsrv 32 is not responding!!
This is a common error and can actually be a couple different things.
What happened / what were you doing before this started? If you made a change or deleted something you should not have, start with a boot disk. From the A:>, type "scanreg /restore" without quotes and hit enter. You will see 5 registry restore points. Pick the one from before this started and reboot when complete.
