Hi cyber, welcome to SAF

Temp for this processor is within normal range but can be lowered. My Athlon XP2000+ (1.67 GHz) is actually running at 47 oC, but I have an auxiliary fan blowing fresh air into the case, a 4500~4700 rpm CPU fan and a blowhole on the left side of my tower. biggrin.gif
My local temperature is now 19 oC (66 F) at 6h50 AM.

According to different sources an average service life of a relatively primitive IC is 50-75 years at 60°C and only 1000-1500 hrs at 125°C.
Die temperature for AMD processors is 85 oC.

You may take a look at this resource to learn a lot about CPU and chips temperatures biggrin.gif
