Temp for this processor is within normal range but can be lowered. My Athlon XP2000+ (1.67 GHz) is actually running at 47 oC, but I have an auxiliary fan blowing fresh air into the case, a 4500~4700 rpm CPU fan and a blowhole on the left side of my tower.

My local temperature is now 19 oC (66 F) at 6h50 AM.

Die temperature for AMD processors is 85 oC.
