Hi.
Run Norton Internet Security 2005 on PC with windows XP and SP2. Iam not sure if I have missed one or two E mails just lately, so I was wondering if my Norton AntiSpam had taken then off. How do I get to view my spam folder which if any, should be in there. On the top OutLook express menu i can get a drop down list saying DELET SPAM Folder, I want to just have a look at it first, I don't want to press delete in case that's exactly what it does. Ive looked at the AntiSpam folder before, cart remember how I did it ,and foung E mails there that I want, can anyone help please I have read all the help files it keeps mentioning the Folder but not how to view it,, Many Thanks Clank.

I will answer as best I can as I don't use Norton’s software.
Isn't there just a Norton AntiSpam folder ? maybe try searching for it.
Doesn't say much about where the folder is.
linkNow this is as much as I have found on where the folder is, Norton AntiSpam creates a spam folder in your inbox and uses it to collect all email known to be spam.

| I found Norton's obscurely mysterious hiding place of filtered email under programs, Norton Internet Security, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam. |
Think I read you had to create the short cut to it in outlook but it didn't say any more about it.
Maybe if you go you customize tool bars right click on the toolbar (where send/Recv is) you can choose something to do with the anti spam.
Maybe that will help
think you might have to wait untill someone comes who has used Norton AntiSpam to post.

Yes, In Outlook Express it creates a folder called 'Norton AntiSpam Folder' while if you will use Netscape as your mail client (i use both), all mail goes to the inbox, but if it recognized by norton as spam, it will add the tags "[Norton AntiSpam]" before the actual topic of the e-mail.
