Hi bibocool, welcome to SAF

If there are logical errors, the partition/format utilities may handle them, but if there are physical errors, this is impossible to fix. Depending on the damage extension, some utilities may avoid the system to use them, but normally, you can consider the hard disk as dead.

Instead of Partition Magic, you can try the FDisk and Format commands to try to make them work. If you still get critical errors, I'm affraid you lost the hard disks.

If you get non-critical errors and can format them, they may be not reliable for use.
