Pictures (jpeg) were emailed thru outlook web, the pictures will open but show only the upper half to three fourths of picture. Help?

If you right-click on them and save to disk, does the pictures shows correctly on your image editor ?

I just tried that and it does the same thing. Could I attach it and have you look at it?

If the pictures were not fully downloaded for some reason (like server problems or too big attachments), it will be useless to send them to me.

Are you using MS Outlook or Outlook Express ?
What are the picture sizes ?

using outlook ms. I am thinking it is the size thing.

Possibly... some servers have timeout problems when downloading huge pictures. This may be at your side or at the sender's side.

Ask the sender to resize the pictures and retry.

I notice you said pictures (plural). Ask the sender if he/she can send just one jpg picture and see what the results are.
