SUBJECT: Safe removal of older version of Microsoft Outlook Express software,
prior to the installtion of newer version of Microsoft Outlook Express software.
Nature of Problem: With prior hard drives, after the installtion of the usual programs,
I'd endup with two versions of Microsoft Outlook Express.
With these two programs on my hard dirve, "Jams" would start to occur.
In order to prevent this from occurring again ...
Request for Insturction: How do I safely remove the old version of Micorsoft Outlook Express
prior to the installtion of the newer version of the same software?
