When I try to play an internet game, all I get is a blank screen. I have checked that my javascript is enabled and that both Shockwave and Flash are working properly. If it helps, I am using Windows XP SP2. I don't think there are any conflicts between java and sp2. I found the following errors on the page.

I know none of these problems are a result of bad programming because the games have worked on other computers I have tried.

Thanks for any help possible. This problem has been very frusterating. thair.gif

Hi TERRAforce, welcome to SAF

This may be some security setting on your browser preferences/options...

I noticed that you posted this thread in other forum and already solved it:

Just for future reference, I downloaded a trial version of Tuneup utilities and ran it. The program found around 300 "program" errors and now all the games work! I accidentally forgot to review my results, so I still don't know the cause of the error...

Oh yeah I forgot about that... biggrin.gif The game worked for about 2 days and then it stopped working again. I did a system restore but it did not help, meaning that this problem is probably a system setting error rather than a registry error, but I just don't remember what I changed. I have tried lowering my browser security setting, but it has not helped. I use both IE 6.0 and Firefox.

Thanks for the help Ironbender
