Anyway the weekly-wipe for county did a time line thing for 50 years ago and this program was part of it. And the reporter wants to do a follow-up, some day. I thought it would be nice if I could put Paul's name on a copy of each.

Yep BB, Mrs. Bond is right. This is an official document, not a joke and changing official documents, even for joking, may drive you (and eventually her) directly to jail.

Imagine if, in some years, your friend dies, and some relative find and send this to any government administration claiming for something ? Or put it in a newspaper ?
