NETGEAR Wireless router and print server - Connection help

He has a print and file server - Netgear Model PS110 with a wireless router Netgear MR314.
He wants to be able to use the printer an all in one printer (Brother 5100) for all of his computers in the house. (Brand new house - every room has a cable connection (Shaw cable) for internet. (2 desktop and a wirless laptop) -

How do I setup a printer on the fileserver and have three other computers sharing or using the printer.
How do I setup the file server. He plugged in the paralle cable to the back of the print server and the other end was mounted on back of the file server. One CAT% cable connected to the one port on the wireless port.

How do I setup the file server so I can print from any computers. I read that I have to install software on al the computers that I want to shre the printer ..
