Downloaded routinely the 8+mb Search Task Bar program, but unable to Install. Box says ASVAP32.dll is linked to ConnectStringSecurityDescriptor TO SecurityDescriptorW.
I hope one of you geniouses understands this because its far beyond me.
The MSN Search icon is on my Desktop, but unusable: Error creating process c:\windows\temp\IXP000.TMP\setup.exe. Reason, a device attached to the system is not functioning.
Went to FIND, Searched MSN Toolbar. Result: 561 files Found.
At Open MSN Toolbarsetup en_us, Result: Newer version already installed.
I'm looking for a means to make searching my emails easier, and this certainly seems to be it. Will appreciate specific info/path to get rid of the impediment to the Installation. Please bear in mind my inexperience. Put at its best, I'm a computer novice.

Hi Rodell,
I think Win98 does not support it...
