I searched SAF to determine where to post general questions. I did not find the appropiate area, so I decided to post here and then hopefully, someone can direct me to the appropiate place.
My question is this. When I post a problem, is there a way for me to receive an email when someone responds or replies to my post? I have my email addresses set up in my profile. Also, where should I post general questions like this?

1) At the very top of the page click on bold word Controls.
2) Next screen, go down left side and look for heading "Options.
3) Finally click on "Email Settings" and make your choices.

Re your where to post SAF questions question, the "Site related comments and feedback" forum would be most appropriate.
Just click "track this topic" option when you post (on bottom), and you will be notified by mail when somebody answer.
