Hi Mauricel, welcome to SAF
Not all memory sticks are compatible. Remove the new memory stick,
Some uses DDRxxx (where xxx is bus speed), others are simm 100/133, and so on, and, depending on the motherboard/chipset/bus, they will not be comfortable living together

I have removed the memory but it will not boot up. I just hear a ping ping when I turn the computer on HELP
