Hi Guys,
When I run G-Spot or Sherlock Detective this is the only video codec that is highlighted in pink on both programs. I have tried Google and Microsoft to find a downlowd for this with no luck...I'm at a comlete loss as to how to fix it. I've even considered deleting the file from Windows folder and/or deleting the registry key but I'm afraid other programs might have a dependency on it. I'm running a Dell 8250 with a 2.8 gigahertz hd...XP sp2 Home Edition...and I have WM Player 10 with it's installed codec pack...a k-Lite codec pack 2.10 full...and Nimo's v5.0 build 9.1 beta. I already had all of this installed before I ran G-Spot so it was there to begin with. I' computer literate but I can't figure this one out. I appreciate the help guys.

Try downloading and reinstalling Windows media Player 10 and the latest DirectX drivers from Microsoft website (DirectShow is part of DirectX package).

Post back if the problem persists.
