Hi

I want to setup a disclaimer for a windows xp that when the pc starts up you have a choice of accepting the guidelines/rules (which gives you access to the pc) or if you click decline will shut down the pc or give a message of "please read and accept the guidelines if you wish to use this terminal" or similar.

does anyone know how to do this, is this possible?

I know it can be done. My old college did it. I'll see if I find anything, but in the meantime I'll just post to bump the topic up.

i want it to run when the pc starts up, preferably before the shell loads. not sure if javascript can do this.
