My computer has two problems:

1 - When I turn it off a message appears:
Memory error - Satuf.exe

2 - At Control panel - option Add and Remove programs - The entire program list doesn't appears. The list is not complete. Just five items appear.

Please help me.

Hi Isamar,

As far as I know, satuf.exe is a "Speedy" (Telefonica broadband) file.
(very common here in Brazil).

Have you tried a system restore to a point just before the problem started ?
