Good Morning:

When I run AdAware and try and update, I get a message that the updates could not be loaded. I try again, same result.
1) Why would this happen?
2) Is the best thing to remove and relaod the product?

I have been having that problem for 2-3 weeks. It seems to come and go. If I just keep trying it will download. I just tried after reading your post and it downloaded right away. Last week I tried time after time before I finally got. I am not sure what their problem is but we are not the only ones having he problem. I guess for the time being my advice is just keep tryiing.
