Hi beanie2blue

,
Did you try to adjust the monitor, or just the resolution on the computer, and did you get a manual with the monitor?
Could you also give us some more information, the name of the monitor, and some information about your computer.
Someone will be along to help.

The adjustment on your monitor is a function of two things: the video card in your computer, and what the monitor is capable of.
First, boot up and Right click on your desktop screen. A box will pop up, click "Properties". Another box will appear, click the far Right tab, "Settings". The Resolution Slider is on the Left, and you should be able to set it as high as it will allow; 1024x768 is usually good. Click "Color Quality" on the Right, and select "32 bit color" in the drop down box. Click Apply. The computer may or may no have to restart.
If these settings are already in place, then there should be controls on the monitor itself to stretch and shrink the image, as well as move the entire screen side to side and up and down.

Hi milly,
This is because you did not loaded the proper video card drivers yet.
As I suggested in your other post, you must provide your video card make and model, before we try to solve your problems.

beanie2blue, what happens if you moved the Slider is on the Left, to "Less" 800X600, and leave Color Quality on the Right, at "Highest 32 bit color"? or was it like that before?
Just a thought.

If there are no buttons/controls anywhere on the monitor (make sure you check carefully), it would have software to make the adjustments you are looking for. You will need to find that software.

You may want to try the buttons in combinations. It could bring up a menu. Also, check carefully to make sure there is not another, possibly-hard-to-see, button that might bring up a menu.

This monitor needs its proper drivers to work.
You can download them from

This is the original CustoMax setup for the Brilliance-107. Designed for Windows95/98 but works fine on Windows 2000pro (should also therefore work on XP although not tested by me). As you cannot adjust the screen size and position on the 107 without this software it is essential |
