Yes, I have a Dell with Windows XP on it. And just resently out of nowhere, I got a blue screen and it wont allow my computer to continue. In the blue screen it says,
"Stop:c000021a{Fatal System Error} The Windows Logon Process System Process Terminated Unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000142 (0x00000000 0x00000000). The System Has Been Shut Down."

What does this mean and what can be done to prevent of fix this?

Hi dave89er, welcome to SAF

It may just be some temporary error caused by some unstable program.

If you can boot normally and this happenned only once, do not worry soo much about. If the problem persists, we'll need more details, such as last programs/peripherals or drivers installed to try to figure out.

If you can not boot normally, try rebooting in safe mode by tapping f8... perform a system restore to a point just before it happenned.

Thank you,

Well, the last thing I've downloaded or added to my computer, was I tried to download Truepoker from truepoker.com, it never completed, it told me a newer version was available but there really wasnt. Anyways, after that, i shut down my computer and next morning It went straight to this blue screen and I haven't gottten anything but that same blue screen since. Any more suggestions?

If this does not work, you may try a "repair install" using your XP CD.

It is also possible that you got some virus or malware infection.
