Hi ther..erm i'm not sure if i can fix this but its rather anoying to say the least..right windows update told me i needed to install new updates..so i did, but it didnt fully install and ended finishing half way done.it didnt install proply..now every time i turn windows update bk on it tells me to install it but it wont install..and it wont go away because iv downloaded it ..is ther anyway i can delete this ..i think its called "frameworks"..plus i cant install any programs ...it says i must finish installing frameworks..wich cant be done. I'v tryed turning windows update off and then back on but its still ther..please help me.

Hi joey_666, welcome to SAF

As a first measure, you may try to perform a system restore to the point just before the update was installed. Windows creates a system restore point prior to install updates.

Thanks ! yip im new..but im not to good with computers =( i have no idea how to do that? can i get some help please..i may need a little more than most people on here.

haha chris don't bother it's ok now i worked it out =D...thank you so much!! im not too good with computers ..i didnt even no "system restore" existed lol ..but thanks again..you saved me alot of frustration lol.gif cheers.gif
