Hi Everybody! I'd like to know if a pc100 memory module will work in a pc133 mobo. I know that the reverse(a pc133 in a pc100 slot ) isn't compatible. I have a nice 512MB pc100 memory module but my mobo has a 133 Mh clock speed. I have seen other mobos with variable speeds listed(66Mh-100Mh-133Mh) but I'm not sure if they're all like that. I believe it's called backwards compatibility. Thanks in advance...Grizwold...

Hi grizwold, welcome to SAF

I think there is no problem, but if you have another 133 stick working with it, all of them will run at 100...

There is a simple way to know if it works... install and try it
