I have a problem with my pc whenever I turn on my pc my moniter will stay black and doesn't turn on. The light on the moniter is orange like if the computer is sleeping or off. The pc was on because all the fans was working.

Hi Speeder1423, welcome to SAF
This may be a hardware problem.
Check cabling from video out to monitor.
Try removing and re-seating your video card If you are using some.
Go to the BIOS and disable your onboard video if you are using a third party PCI/AGP video card. If it does not work, remove your video card and re-enable onboard video. If this works, your video card may be dead.
If you are using onboard video instead, disable BIOS power management.
Post back with more details/results.
Chris
PS - Note that fans running may not assure your computer is working. Just yesterday I had the same issue with a 4 years old computer, and it was a PSU problem (same symptoms, fans running, etc...)
You were faster than I, posting

It may be your video card again... or memory sticks... or some hardware problem that was messing with your video before.
Remove all cards and start only with the basics, including one memory stick (if you have more than one).
If it starts, re-seat the cards one at a time (unplug your computer to do that) until you get an error.

When I start my pc, it asks how would you like the pc to run like Safe Mode, Last Known Start, Normal, etc.. When I put any one of those choices, a quick blue screen pops out and then restarts the pc.

It may or may not be bad hardware. You may have simply dislodged something when removing hte video card. The beeps are a code that mean something. They will tell you what is having the problem. See below:
http://www.pchell.com/hardware/beepcodes.shtmlThat should tell you where to start looking - hopefully it will be your only problem.

Ironbender's suggestion above is probably the best way to start.
The usual suspects for this are overheating CPU due to faulty installation, bad memory, and corrupted BIOS. A short-circuiting power supply will also do it, but that is a rare occurence.
Try returning the BIOS to default settings. That probably isn't it, but you have to cover all the bases. Then swap out your memory, or run memtest from the CDrom. Finally, swap out your vidio card with another you know is good.
If no joy, and IF you have a full installation CD of XP, then perform a repair install-by now you may have corrupted system files causing this even if the initial cause was hardware.
If you do not have a full system CD (as opposed to a restore cd), then use Knoppix to access XP, pull your data off the harddrive, and do a restore installation.

Sorry, I misunderstood your post. You are not getting mobo beep codes if windows is loading (or trying to load).
Re the overheating - also check your cpu fan to make sure it is still plugged in / working after the video card install.

It has 1 beep when it starts then it asks how do you want to start the computer. When I put anyone of those choices, it turns black then it show the Windows XP Proffesional logo then a quick blue screen pops out so fast I can't even read it. It said on the top A problem has been detected and other stuff and then it restarts. That is the cycle.

The first issue was with your video card... can you remove it and re-enable your onboard video, just to see if Windows starts ?

Glad to see it worked, even if not as you wish
Now you'd better check your memory sticks. It's probably running with 256 and sharing 32 MB for video purposes.

To add to Ironbender's comment, you better find out why your system is not registering full memory and why it is running slow. If you have integrated memory sharing active, you could have wierd problems and crashes down the road. And it would still be wise to run Memtest on your memory; it is free and will give you a heads-up if your ram has problems.
