hi guys
I have a Ati radeon x300 with 128mb of ram I have the latest drivers installed and it seems to work fine but the TV output is black and white only its not really a major problem but it is extremely irritating. :-) I was wondering if anyone has encountered this and could suggest a solution. I know its not the TV as I had a geforce 6600 connected to it and it was fine until the card died and I returned it (radeon is a lender from shop while they fix/replace geforce) anyway any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi emos, welcome to SAF
There are a lot of issues on your problem, related to drivers, OS settings, adapters, including some motherboard and TV systems, makes and models.
You'd better contact ATI support at http://www.ati.com/ , as we probably will not fix your problem in a shorter delay... (too much different issues and solutions to try).
We can go deeply into that, but you'll need to provide a huge amount of details that you'd better provide directly to ATI or to your reseller, as I presume that's it's a brand new card.
Maybe some members here had this issue before... we can wait and see, and it will not hurt trying the above
