tell me is it ok to use hard drive in this condition or i must get it repaired it from somewhere?

Hi aamirfaraz, welcome to SAF.
If the Western digital is still under warranty, you should be able to exchange it.
Wait for someone else, to let you know if it's safe to run your computer like that.

Hi aamirfaraz, welcome to SAF
If it's running OK, no problems, although I recommend you to return it to your reseller and change it for a brand new one (if it's still under warranty).
If it's a new HD, this may not have happened.

I fully concur with the above two posts, return if under warranty. Pull everything you want off the hard disk (onto another disk or a CD burn) and clear the hard disk with fdisk or similar. Then take the tower in and let the hard disk seller (where you bought the hard disk) pull the pins from the PS connector and present you with a new (installed maybe(?)) hard disk.
Evidently there is (at this time) sufficient electrical contact to enable operation. And, it may run like that for years, and then again, it may not. Which brings up the point; how valuable is your data to run a risk of loosing it at a moments notice.
