Dear All

We are currently networking 4 computers and various printers across the house - using wi/fi.

Different machines are of differing ages and have 98SE, XP Prof, XP Home, & ME Home respectively.

We have succesfully created a workgroup called HOME that allows the ME Home and XP Home PC's to connect, share files and print across the workgroup to one anothers printers.

We have a Toshiba Laptop (ex work) which has been previously set up with a domain. Removing the domain in favour of the HOME Work group - causes the working user account to be diabled (as the help notes in windows tell us).

What can we do to change the Tosh to the HOME workgroup - whilst still being able to access and operate the old user account - (which is huge and frightengly full of stuff !)

The Tosh operates on XP Prof.

Any advice welcome

Thank you

David
