Hi,
I have an e mail that I forwarded to one of my web accounts. I did not know that this account did not accept HTML e mail which this was and so I sent this e mail. When I forwarded it back to my POP account in OE, the images were no longer embedded in the text as they had been before, but they were at the top listed as attachments. This spoils the story the e mail tells. This was sent to me by my brother and he especially wanted me to have this. I have the story and the attached images. I need to know how to put them back in the text if possible. I have been corresponding with the people at the web account and they have not offered any solution. I think that they don't understand. How do I embed images in text? I don't know HTML. Can I do it copy and paste or is there some other way?

Hi Jeannie,
Not sure I understood what you want to do, but just right click on the attached image and save it to your hard disk. Now, create a new e-mail in rich text format and just insert the saved image where you want it. (as I personally prefer to attach it, so the recipient will read the text and see the image below it.
You can also insert (copy/paste) the text on a Word document, insert the saved image on it and sen the doc as attachment.
You can also create a html document with FrontPage or other html editor, insert the text and the saved image without knowing html code and send it.

Chris, thanks for the reply and the helpful

suggestions. I will try all of them. What happened was that I sent an e mail to my Gmail account, not realizing that Gmail does not like HTML mail and Gmail stripped the images from the text and put them them as attachments.
