Okay, we all know that when AntiVir Guard boots up, it shows a Small Pop-Up Window, and then it closes. Is there any where to disable that pop-up?

Do not really know AntiVir, but it seems to be exactly like all the programs do, like ZoneAlarm. It's just to inform the user that it has loaded. I think there is no way to get rid of it.

Yeah. That splash screen is a little annoying, actually.

It's the price you pay for free stuff.

I get the same little splash screen when Ad-aware loads at boot up.
But I'm not complaining one bit as the free AV has worked flawlessly for me for several years.
As I recall Norton use to do the same thing before it got bloated and started screwing up computers.
The way I look at it, this tells me my AV is up and running.
