Has anyone experienced the same problem? anything in the 'access restriction' tab does not work, there is no way for me to block any outgoing traffic. I try and block the http access and I am not able to, I have the latest firmware from linksys as well, downloaded it yesterday, 4.0 something I think.

To block a service:

- Click on <Access Restriction> tab.
- Click <Enable>
- Give your policy a name
- Click on <Edit List of PC>
- Enter the reference for your PC. (last number on your comp fixed IP).
- Click <Save Settings>, close.
- Select the service you'd like to restrict from drop down box. (Port 80 -HTTP- .
- Click <Save Settings>

You shouldn't be able to access the net through port 80.

Hope it will help,

Chris

the router likes to drop the wireless connection and reboot when saving changes to the Access Restrictions pages. It takes around a minute for the connection to totally restart.
